We apply the arbitration system emanating from the French Chamber of Commerce, the rules of the United Nations Convention on the Law of Arbitration (UNCITRAL), and the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, D.C., with the possibility of applying Syrian arbitration law.
