The office was founded by lawyer Dr. Ahmed Homsi in 2009. He holds a doctorate in international economic law and is a teacher of commercial, corporate, and international commercial arbitration law. He is the source of a large number of arbitration cases in a number of Syrian universities and institutes, in addition to a higher diploma in administrative and financial sciences from the American University (Florida), and also a diploma in corporate budget management and economic feasibility from the Syriatel International Academy.

Additionally, he holds a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Military and Security Sciences from the International Academy for Studies in Turkey.

He has been a board member of Alorica Offshore since 2023, a company that undertakes a range of oil and gas projects and acquisitions.

He is also an authorized signatory for Akshar Limited Liability Company for Industry and Trade since 2023, which implements a range of industrial, electronic, and IT projects within the Syrian Arab Republic.

He is a member of the Arab International Organization for Defense and Human Rights, holding the rank of Advisor for the 2025-2026 term, and a member of the Arab Authority for International Arbitration, holding the rank of International Arbitrator. He is also a member of Ain Shams University – Egypt – for International Arbitration, and Head of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Arab International Organization for the Settlement of International Disputes, International Number 0213333
